Clit 'R' Us is a small Australian business creating and selling handmade jewellery. Our items are crafted individually and may have slight variations – this is part of their uniqueness.

2. Products and Availability

  • Each piece is handmade, so no two items are exactly alike.
    We do our best to show accurate colours and details in photos, but variations may occur.

  • Stock is limited, and we may update or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • We accept payments through secure online payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, credit card).

  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Shipping

  • We ship within Australia using trusted carriers.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Because our jewellery is handmade, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

6. Market Purchases

  • All market sales are final unless the product is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Please check your purchase carefully before leaving our stall.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, photos, logos, and content on our website and marketing materials are the property of Clit 'R' Us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

  • We only collect personal information needed to process your order or contact you about our products.
