Returns and Refunds
Change of Mind

As a small business, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please choose carefully.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Custom and Handmade Items

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations may occur and are not considered faults.

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Returns Process

Email us at clitrus.enquiry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging (where possible), and securely packed.
Refund Timeframes

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
