Returns and Refunds

Change of Mind

  • As a small business, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please choose carefully.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Custom and Handmade Items

  • Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations may occur and are not considered faults.

  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Returns Process

  • Email us at clitrus.enquiry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging (where possible), and securely packed.

Refund Timeframes

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
